On Serif Draw Plus X3 you can edityour photos using many tools, it is great for art and graphics etc.

Hereis what i can do;

I can paste images into Serif.

I can use the cut-out studio in serif.

I can combine images to make new images.

Any of the sites are easy when you need to make a qucik easy game.
